Brooks is a global leader of Gensler’s Senior Living practice area. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading mixed-use, residential, retail, and hospitality projects of every scale. Brooks knows how to get things done in Houston, having served as Special Advisor on development, regulatory, and permitting issues for two city of Houston mayors. Previously, Brooks served as an adjunct professor in the Real Estate MBA program at the Bauer School of Business at The University of Houston. He holds his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
