Rick Hunter has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and business valuation. He is a Managing Director at the Houston office of Lexbridge International.

Rick has represented hundreds of clients in the sale or recapitalization of their companies. He has advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and helped raise capital to support their growth, from early-stage private placements to initial public offerings (IPOs) and publicly registered follow-on offerings. He has also prepared over 50 business valuation reports as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) between 2008 and 2011.

Rick earned his MBA from the University of Houston and holds FINRA Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) registrations.

Mr. Hunter earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, and is a licensed Investment Banking Representative (FINRA Series 79) and Securities Agent (FINRA Series 63).
